Dream Card Rules
Dream Card holders must be at least 18 years of age to enter Bingo and at least 21 years of age to enter the Casino. State and/or federally issued photo identification, which includes date of birth and current address, is required prior to issuance of a Dream Card. No casino play or consideration of any kind is required to obtain a Dream Card.
The Dream Card holder is responsible for properly inserting the card into the card reader at each slot machine, verifying its acceptance in order to earn rewards. The card must remain inserted at all times to accrue rewards. The Dream Card holder is responsible for presenting the Dream Card to the game supervisor prior to playing in order to have table games and other gaming area play evaluated for Dream Rewards.
Dream Points may be redeemed for food, beverages, retail merchandise items, theater tickets, Bingo admissions, hotel accommodations, our cash back program “Play Slots, Get Cash” and other approved privileges and rewards. All redemption is based upon point availability and must be supported by valid matching identification. Foxwoods and MGM Grand at Foxwoods® reserve the right to substitute or alter any privileges or rewards at their sole discretion.
PIN (Personal Identification Number) is required for some transactions and benefits of the Dream Card. To establish a PIN, present your Dream Card and matching, valid identification at any Cage or Cashier window. Dream Points may not be used for gambling purposes. Dream Rewards may be used only by the Dream Card holder whose name appears on the card. Any guest who purchases an overnight stay with their Dream Points is prohibited from offering/selling the room to a third party.
Dream Points contained within any Dream Card account having no gaming activity for a pre-determined length of time will be removed from the account balance. Management reserves the right to adjust any reward balances resulting
from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud. Dream Points are nontransferable, have no cash value (except as specifically allowed under an authorized promotion) and cannot be used as payment for obligations to Foxwoods or MGM Grand at Foxwoods. Foxwoods reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership in the Dream Card program to any individual or refuse to fulfill any Dream Reward redemption request for any reason.
Participation in the Dream Card program grants permission by Dream Card holders to Foxwoods and MGM Grand at Foxwoods for use of their names and/or likenesses for promotional materials without compensation.
Employees of Foxwoods and MGM Grand at Foxwoods may not participate in the Dream Card program. All rewards and benefits under the Dream Card program are offered at the sole discretion of Foxwoods and MGM Grand at Foxwoods. Foxwoods and MGM Grand at Foxwoods reserve the right to alter or amend any program feature or benefit at any time, including, without limitation to, adjusting point accrual or redemption criteria, establishing conditions of expiration for inactive accounts, or canceling or suspending the Dream Card program at any time.
Dream Card holders playing Bingo may use Dream Points to purchase up to two (2) Bingo admission packages per session. Dream Card holders may also receive Dream Points playing Bingo. Cardholders must present same-day admission ticket(s)
and video receipt (if applicable) to any Dream Rewards location. Information pertaining to the use or crediting of Dream Rewards for Bingo is available at Bingo admissions or any Dream Rewards location. Some restrictions apply. Bingo tickets purchased in whole or in part with Dream Points are considered “COMP” tickets and no rewards will be awarded.
Any fractional rewards, earned from playing slot machines will expire after 30 days notice without additional slot play.
