BANQUET MENUS AND ARRANGEMENTS
Banquet menus, room arrangements and other details pertaining to your event should be submitted to the Catering Department at least three (3) weeks prior to your arrival date. The Catering Department will be happy to plan a menu especially for you or assist you in selecting the proper menu items and arrangements to ensure a successful function.
SPLIT MENUS FOR PLATED DINNERS
A split option of two (2) entrees is available for groups of two hundred (200) people or less. On a split menu option your Catering Sales Manager will provide you with the exact number of tickets to identify the entre with the least count.
It will be your responsibility to distribute these tickets to your guests.
A $50 Surcharge will apply for Groups of Less than 20 People
MEALS IN WHICH TWO (2) ENTREES ARE OFFERED, THE HIGHEST PRICED MENU ITEM WILL PREVAIL. Exact guarantee number of each entre is required by 12:00 PM, THREE (3) WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EVENT. The room will be set for the EXACT guarantee.
GUARANTEES
Your exact number of people in attendance for all banquet meal functions is required three (3) working days prior to the date of the event. This number is then not subject to reduction: If no guarantee is received, we will consider the number indicated on the original Banquet Event Order(s), i.e. expected number of attendance, to be the correct guaranteed number of guests.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
Foxwoods Resort and Casino holds a license granted by the State of Connecticut and is held responsible for complying with its regulations. Therefore, neither patrons, nor their guests shall be allowed to bring alcoholic beverages into the hotel.
TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES
Food, Beverage and Service Charges are subject to 6% tax.
A Service Charge of 20% will be added to all Food and Beverage items.
BARTENDER AND CHEF CHARGES
Based on your menu and bar selections, a $75.00 chefs fee
and/or $95.00 bartender fee will be applied to your function.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRICING
All Food and Beverage pricing will be guaranteed
Three (3) months prior to your event.
SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
All of your shipping arrangements must be approved by the Catering Department. Please discuss any shipping and receiving requests with your Catering Sales Manager. Any unauthorized shipments will be refused.
BILLING
We ask that full payment be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to the function unless alternative arrangements have been made and granted prior approval by your Catering Sales Manager. We require a credit card authorization on file to guarantee final payment.
AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
Your Catering Sales Manager as well as our In-House Audiovisual Company
will be more than happy to assist you with your audiovisual needs.

DAMAGES
Patrons are expected to assume full responsibility
for any damages to the hotel property.
