Charismatic actor and comedian, Cedric “The Entertainer,” is best known for performances in such hit films as “Barbershop,” “Be Cool,” “Madagascar” and “Intolerable Cruelty,” among countless others. He also starred and produced the 2004 box office hit, “Johnson Family Vacation,” and appeared in MTV’s documentary feature, “The Original Kings of Comedy,” directed by Spike Lee. In July 2006, his first-ever HBO Comedy Special, "Cedric The Entertainer: Taking You Higher," was the network’s highest rated special that year, and in November 2008, he made his Broadway debut in “American Buffalo” and was singled out for critical praise.
