The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation envisions an environment in which employees where cultural differences are welcomed, understood and valued as an important dimension of the basic vision and mission of the Tribal Community.

Our annual events include the Diversity Fair, Chinese New Year Celebration & Parade, Veteran’s Day Parade, Hispanic Pride Month, Black History Month, and Lesbian Gay Bisexual & Transgender Pride month to name a few.
