The Mashantucket Pequot Academy leads the New Team Member Orientation program for Foxwoods Resort Casino and MGM Grand at Foxwoods.  We also provide Leadership classes, compliance training, and computer classes for SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel as well as basic Windows XP.  All classes are in alignment with our 5 Star Service initiatives.  We liaise with all departments to ensure training needs are met, 5 Star Service is recognized, and assistance is offered for service recovery.
