Foxwoods Rewards Points are non-transferable and cannot be used as payment for obligations to Foxwoods.
Foxwoods Rewards points that are over a year old will expire annually on December 31.
Any fractional Foxwoods Rewards Points earned from playing slot machines will expire after 30 days without additional slot play.
PIN (Personal Identification Number) is required, is your electronic signature and should be kept confidential.

What is the Foxwoods Rewards Program?
Foxwoods Rewards is a loyalty card program that provides accelerating levels of benefits to our guests for playing slots, table games, keno, poker, bingo and race book. Guests earn points every time they use their rewards card which can then be redeemed for hotel stays, retail purchases, dining, spa, golf and more. Foxwoods Rewards replaces the existing Dream Card Program and provides new and accelerating incentives for advancement to higher card levels.
What are the new benefits to the Foxwoods Rewards program?
We’ve added varying discounts at restaurants and retail shops on purchases made using Foxwoods Rewards Points, cash or credit cards. There are some restrictions; for example, retail discounts are not valid on the purchase of gift cards, or tobacco; or in MacAppeal, Bvlgari, Chopard, Pandora and Foxwoods Watch Company. The Food and Beverage discounts are not valid at The Grill at Two Trees and is not valid for bottle service at Shrine, High Rollers and The Scorpion Bar and Alcoholic Beverages at Hard Rock. Do Foxwoods Rewards points expire?
For all club levels, points expire 12 months from the time they were earned. For example, if you earn 10 points during March 2012, they must be used by March 31, 2013. For existing point balances that are expiring now, Foxwoods is giving guests until June 30, 2012 to utilize those points. A notification will be sent to guests by March 31, 2012 informing them of the number of points that will expire on June 30, 2012. What is the maximum number of points a guest hold in their account?
Guests with Wild, Crown and King Cards may have a maximum of 5,000 points in their Foxwoods Rewards account. Ace cardholders may have a maximum balance of 10,000 and Royal 250,000. Guests will have until June 30, 2012 to use the Rewards Points in their account over and above the stated maximum. For example, a Wild Card holder with 6,500 points will be required to use 1,500 points by June 30, 2012. A notification will be sent to guests by March 31, 2012 that states the number of points that will expire.
Once a guest reaches the maximum amount, points must be used before any additional points may be retained in their account.
What are the club levels of the Foxwoods Rewards Card?
Wild – Entry level
How does a guest earn an upgraded status?
Guests must earn the total number of qualifying gaming points during a 12 month timeframe for each Club. Guests may view their qualifying points at any Foxwoods Rewards location.
A Wild Card member must earn a total of 800 Foxwoods Rewards Points during a 12 month time period to advance to Crown.
A Crown Card member must earn a total of 2,500 Foxwoods Rewards Points during a 12 month time period to advance to the King Club. Only those points earned each gaming day that meets or exceed 10 points will go toward the qualifying 2500 points. For example, during one trip, should a guest earn 9 points, those points will not count toward the required 2,500 points to advance from Crown to King. However, should a guest earn 15 points, all 15 points will go toward the required 2,500 points. Regardless, all points earned will be accrued in the guest’s account balance.
Are qualifying points valid for current or future club status?
Card level advancement is a continuous process. Guests will be upgraded as they earn the qualifying points required to achieve the next tier in the program.
Do the cards expire?
An entry level Wild Card will never expire. All other Club levels will be re-evaluated on September 30th of each year. While club level upgrades will take place throughout the year as guests earn the next level, once a Club level is achieved it would be in effect through September 30th at which time new cards will be issued based upon the prior year’s points earned.
Is the Foxwoods Rewards program free?
Yes, membership in the Foxwoods Rewards program is free. There are no minimum qualifications for the Wild Card. There are gaming qualifications to attain a higher card status.
How will guests receive the Rewards Cards?
The Royal and Ace cards will be hand delivered by our Marketing Executives. The King, Crown and Wild cards may be picked up at any Foxwoods Rewards locations at the guest’s convenience.
Will the guests’ Gold, Platinum and Diamond membership still be valid?
No. These clubs expired on February 15, 2012. Many of our current Club cardholders will enjoy the Crown, King, Ace and Royal Club status, based on qualifications. However, the Gold, Platinum and Diamond cards will remain active in terms of accruing points.
How long will a “Dream Card” stay active?
The valid Dream Cards will always remain active.
