Foxwoods Resort Casino is announcing its October Entertainment calendar, full of exciting events ranging from hot pop acts and off-Broadway shows to award winning comedic performers and live athletic events.  From the intimate settings of two state-of-the-art theaters where there is not a bad seat in the house to the highest in sound quality and comfort make for a superior concert experience – Foxwoods has something for everyone.

Robert Kelly has overcome many hardships throughout life, all of which have made him the actor and comedian that he is today. His early days as a kid growing up in Boston in and out of Juvenile Hall allows Kelly to give a unique and honest take on his own life and his relationships, making his comedy clever, abrasive, funny, but yet refreshingly vulnerable. Kelly has been winning over audiences for the last 18 years with his unique style of comedy. In addition to clubs and colleges around the country, Kelly has traveled across the U.S. in the "Tourgasm Live" tour with Dane Cook and Gary Gulman and has performed at the “Just For Laughs Festival” in Montreal. Renowned stand-up sensation, Brian Regan is coming to the Grand Theater at Foxwoods on Friday October 3 at 9pm. Tagged by many as “one of the most-beloved stand-up comics over the past 15 years,” Regan brings a harmonious balance of sophisticated writing and physicality and fills theaters nationwide. Regan’s reputation for breaking records can be traced back throughout his entire career. He broke the record for the most consecutive shows by a comedian at Abravanel Hall Utah with ten sold-out shows and more than 26,000 ticket sales. The comic also performed five sold-out shows at Abravanel Hall shattering the previous record set by the one and only, Jerry Seinfeld. Nick DiPaolo’s honest and sharp comedy has made him a sought-after voice on stage, television and radio for years. DiPaolo’s standup demeanor was dubbed “as gentle as a starved wolverine and as predictable as a tipsy-hop through a minefield.” That said, the highly regarded comedian has earned two Emmy Nominations for his innovative and humorous writing. DiPaolo’s career took off after he appeared on HBO’s “Young Comedian Special.” He has since written and performed four standup specials and recorded four CDs. Every so often, a stand-up comedian comes along who emerges as a triple threat: comedian, actor and writer/producer. Nick Swardson, the hilarious Minneapolis-native, has literally climbed his way from the bottom and landed at the very top, conquering the ever-so-difficult “trifecta” in comedy. Nick is famous for being Terry Bernadino in Reno 911! Swardson later became a regular fixture for Happy Madison Productions, where he began writing, co-writing and producing projects including "Grandma's Boy," "Benchwarmers" and co-producing "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry." He also had a role in 2013’s “Grown Ups 2.” In addition to his film career, Swardson had roles of co-creator and star of Comedy Central's "Nick Swardson's Pretend Time" series. JUDAS PRIEST Redeemer of Souls Tour 2014

Ever since it was announced that metal icons Judas Priest would be unleashing their 17th studio album overall, Redeemer of Souls, their legion of fans have been wondering if the band would be launching a supporting tour. Judas Priest will be touring the US in the fall, including a stop in the Grand Theater at Foxwoods on October 11. Comprised of Rob Halford, Glenn Tipton, Richie Faulkner, Ian Hill, and Scott Travis, Judas Priest is responsible for some of heavy metal's all­-time classic songs ("Living After Midnight," "Breaking the Law," "You've Got Another Thing Coming," etc.) and albums (British Steel, Screaming for Vengeance, Painkiller, etc.). Featuring special guest Steel Panther. LAST COMIX STANDING Comedy Contest: Finals

Last COMIX Standing is back for Season 4, a yearly comedy competition featuring some of the top comedic talent from the Northeast. We are now in Round 3, the Semi-Finals. Each Semi-Final showcase will feature 5 comics doing 12 minutes each & will be hosted by a winner from a previous season. 2 comics from each night will move onto the Final Round. Comics will be judged on stage presence, originality, and crowd reaction. ROCK 'N' ROLL FANTASY CAMP Featuring Roger Daltrey of The Who

Jam, rehearse, record and perform with your favorite Rock Stars only at Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp! Roger Daltrey, lead singer of one of the most iconic bands The Who, will be rocking out with campers right on Thursday October 16 - Sunday, October 19. Participants in the four-day Fantasy Camp will be placed in a band with Rock Stars including Simon Kirke of Bad Company, Rick Derringer of The McCoys, David Hull of Aerosmith, Joe Vitale ofCSN, Joe Walsh, Johnny A, and blues genius Gary Hoey. On Saturday the performances will be held at the Atrium Lounge and on Sunday, the final night performance in front of your family and friends will be at the Fox Theater. Gaffney wins audience’s respect with his personal take on life and fatherhood as a single parent. People from all walks of life find Gaffney both relatable, while his high energy & quick wit keep audiences engaged. Anthony Jeselnik is a stand-up comedian, most famous for The Comedy Central Roast of Donald Trump and The Comedy Central Roast of Charlie Sheen as well as The Jeselnik Offensive, which he starred in and created, airing for two seasons in 2013. Anthony has also performed on Conan, The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live and was the first ever stand-up comic to appear on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Anthony was named one of Variety’s 10 Comics to Watch in 2008 and one of Comedy Central’s Hot Comics in 2009. Dueling Comix Pianos is a monthly act and high octane entertainment experience where the guests are pulled up on stage to become part of the show. The engaging pianist pair will perform fan favorite songs that will have guests singing and laughing, and change the lyrics to well-known songs to keep customers on their toes. We always bring in a surprise rock star pianist, known for their bar-room belting, to join Billy Musto, one of New England’s premier dueling pianists, in this crazy night of piano hysteria.
