What protocols are being lifted?
Guests will immediately begin to see plexi-glass dividers, temperature checks, distance markers, property capacity limits and other protocols removed. All slot machines will be on and ready for play and capacity restrictions will slowly lift across table games, restaurants, theaters, events, retail shops and beyond.
Why are you easing the protocols now?
With more adults becoming vaccinated and COVID-19 restrictions being relaxed across Connecticut and the Northeast, we are now starting to carefully lift our restrictions. Our strategic rollback plan of COVID-19 measures is highly calculated and thoughtfully timed to ensure we do this right and keep our guests and team members safe.
How are you going to ensure Foxwoods is safe for guests?
We have been working closely with Mashantucket Pequot Chief Medical Officer Dr. Setu Vora on refining our rollback plan to keep our resort safe, and will closely monitor our approach and update as necessary.
What are the mask guidelines for Foxwoods?
Vaccinated guests are welcome to visit Foxwoods Resort Casino without a mask. We continue to request that non-vaccinated guests wear facial coverings across our resort for their own safety and the safety of others. At this time, team members are still required to wear masks, even if they are fully vaccinated. We anticipate an update to this policy soon.
There will be exceptions where masks may still be required for everyone’s health and safety – including events held in certain property venues. These instances will be clearly communicated via property signage. We ask that everyone remain considerate of others around them and suggest all guests wear masks around high-traffic areas of the property.
Will guests be required to show their vaccination cards, if stopped and unmasked?
We will not be requesting proof of vaccination from guests. We continue to request that non-vaccinated guests wear facial coverings across our resort for their own safety. We trust guests to take appropriate measures based on their vaccine status.
Should I bring my vaccination card with me to Foxwoods?

What cleaning protocols or air quality management are still in place?
Continuous advanced cleaning of high-touch areas will remain in place, in addition to our extensive FoxClean sanitization and cleaning method. Our air quality measures remain in place, with continuous fresh air flow filtered through from outside.
Will masks be required at my concert/comedy/bingo/SHRINE event?
There will be exceptions where masks may still be required for everyone’s health and safety – including events held in certain property venues. These instances will be clearly communicated via property signage, email and ticketing information. Where is social distancing still being enforced?
The latest CDC guidance on mask requirements advise fully vaccinated people can resume activities without wearing a mask or social distancing. If you are not vaccinated, masks are required, and we encourage you to social distance from other guests across the property.
Now that masks are not required – can we smoke at the slot machines?
Foxwoods Resort Casino is still a non-smoking property. For the safety and comfort of our guests, we will have designated smoking areas on property, with no smoking allowed on the floors:
- Great Cedar Food Court Patio, located between Starbucks and Cedar’s Steaks and Oysters
- Grand Pequot Tower Valet Entrance
- Rainmaker Casino
- Fox Tower Patio

Why aren’t you opening the resort all at once?
Since opening the doors at Foxwoods Resort Casino 28 years ago, we have been committed to protecting the safety and health of our guests, team members and our local community. This will remain a continued focus and at the core of everything we do as we continue our reopening efforts. This commitment was also the driving force of why we are taking a phased approach to resuming operations. We needed to begin incrementally and are continuing to evaluate when to open other parts of the property.
Which garages are currently open?
The Grand Pequot Garage, The Great Cedar Garage, The Fox Tower Garage and Rainmaker Garage. Valet Parking is available in The Grand Pequot Tower.
Will Foxwoods allow RV’s on property?
RV parking is allowed in the C Lot. Signs are posted with instructions as you enter. Guests can enter the casino through any garage entrance; The Great Cedar garage entrance is most convenient.
Foxwoods guests can also park in one of the four garages: The Grand Pequot Garage, The Great Cedar Garage, The Fox Tower Garage or The Rainmaker Garage.

Grand Pequot Tower is taking new reservations and is currently running at 100% capacity.

What is happening with my tier credits and Foxwoods Rewards?
Beginning May 17, 2021, Foxwoods rolled out several exciting new and expanded benefits to our Foxwoods Rewards loyalty program. Members are now be able to earn points and advance tiers faster than ever. Please continue to check your account on Foxwoods.com for the latest offers.
Do I still need to go the Foxwoods Rewards desk to claim my rewards?
Guests no longer have to visit any Foxwoods Rewards location to redeem their bonus Foxwoods Rewards Points. All Foxwoods Rewards Points can be redeemed at any promotional kiosk.
Who can a player speak with if their points have expired during the closure?
If a player’s points have expired, they may visit the Rewards Desk upon their next visit and their points will be restored to their account.
Do I still need to go to the Foxwoods Rewards desk to claim my bonus slot play?
Bonus Slot Play offers will no longer be printed out at the Foxwoods Rewards locations or at the Promotional Kiosks. Guest simply download their Bonus Slot Play right at their favorite slot machine by simply inserting their Foxwoods Rewards card and following the prompts on their machine’s IView screen.
Are there any changes to the printable playable tickets?
Yes, guests should only download what they want to play on that machine. Playable tickets are no longer going to be able to be printed
How do I redeem my Free Best Bet offers?
Guests print their Free Bet offers at the Free Bet Kiosks conveniently located outside the Grand Pequot Ballroom, the Great Cedars Casino Cash Centers, the Great Cedar Concourse by California Pizza Kitchen, and the Great Cedar Skywalk. Other locations will be available as we move forward to opening other phases of the property.
Do I still need to go to the Foxwoods Rewards desk to print my food offers?
All Food and Beverage offers can now be redeemed at the food outlet. Guests will no longer be required to have their coupons printed out at a Foxwoods Rewards desk.
Are the Hampton and Newport Club lounges open?
Yes, both are now located in the Grand Ballroom and hours are as follows:
- Monday-Thursday: 9:00 am-midnight
- Friday-Saturday: 7:00 am-2:00 am
- Sunday: 7:00 am-midnight
Will the buffet be open?
Our buffets are currently suspended. We will reopen when we feel it is safe to do so.
Are you still offering drinks when guests are playing a game?
Yes, waitresses will be serving drinks and cocktails on the gaming floor to patrons.
With sit down dining, how will you ensure guest safety?
All food and beverage locations will be operated in accordance with current CDC guidelines for physical distancing and disinfecting.
How many slot machines are available?
During the week, over 1,200 are available. On the weekends, 2,100 are available.

Will there be poker?
Poker at Foxwoods, the largest poker room on the east coast, is back! The poker room, which will operate at limited capacity, is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Can I register for the Poker Bravo paging service in advance?
No. Guests must register in person in order to be added to the waiting queue.
Is Poker first come, first served like Bingo?
Yes, Poker is first come, first served.
Will there be Poker tournaments?
There will not be Poker tournaments at this time, only cash games - 16 tables and 7 handed.
Will there be keno?
Keno is open in the Bingo lobby Thursday and Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Keno in Rainmaker Casino is open Friday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Is race book open?
Race Book is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Rainmaker Casino from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
When can we play table games in Great Cedar Casino?
The Great Cedar Casino table games and casino cage is open Friday-Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Where can I find live table games if Great Cedar Casino is closed?
Live table games are available at Great Cedar Casino on Friday-Sunday from 12:00 p.m.- 2:00 a.m. The Great Cedar Casino Cage will also be open during this time. Table games can also be played at the Grand Pequot Casino.
Is Rainmaker Casino open?
The slot area near the Poker Room is open 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily. All slots are open Friday-Sunday from 9:00 a.m.- 1:00 a.m.
Will the Fox Tower Casino be open 24/7?

Will there be a Foxwoods Rewards Booth in Fox Tower?
The Foxwoods Rewards desk in The Fox Tower is closed, but guests can use the kiosks. There are one Enrollment, two Free Bet and two Promo kiosks currently up-and-running in The Fox Tower.
What is the current capacity for seated table games?
Table games can now safely accommodate four guests per game, with added Plexiglas barriers.
Is Bingo open? What are the hours?
Bingo is currently held Wednesday – Sunday only. The morning sessions will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the evening sessions will begin at 6:30 p.m.
For all morning sessions, Bingo cashiers will open for ticketing at 8am; for all evening sessions, Bingo cashiers will open for ticketing at 4pm.
How long will each Bingo session be?
Each Bingo game will be two hours and 30 minutes.
What safety protocols and modifications have you made to keep guests safe?
All playing surfaces and video tablets will be regularly cleaned and disinfected according to strict sanitizing protocols. More than 20 sanitizing stations have been added in the hall and at all transaction booths, and the circulation of fresh air will be increased during session times. Smoking is not allowed.
What is the cost of admission and what are the payouts?
Until further notice, the Bingo schedule will be as follows:
- Wednesday-Friday, AM & PM Sessions: $10 Admission with $300 Regular Game Payouts.
- Saturday-Sunday, AM & PM Sessions: $15 Admission with $700 Regular Game Payouts.
Can I buy tickets for Bingo in advance?
No Bingo tickets will be sold in advance at this time. All seating will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.

Foxwoods is offering a number of flexible booking options and incentives for organizers looking to schedule events this year so guests can book with confidence. These include flexible attrition, minimums and cancellations and the complimentary use of digital signage within meeting spaces.
What is currently open if I wanted to book?
Meeting attendees and guests that visit property currently have access to over 20 food & beverage outlets -- ranging from fast casual to fine dining -- and over 1,000 hotel rooms as the resort moves through its phased reopening process. Attendees can also experience the Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods, Monza World Class Karting, High Rollers Luxury Lanes, Lake of Isles and the newly launched Drive-In at Foxwoods. Additionally, those looking to enjoy a variety of gaming options can visit the Grand Pequot and Great Cedar Casinos, which are open daily, and the Fox Tower and Rainmaker Casinos, which are open on weekends.
When will Tanger Outlets open?
Tanger is open! They have their own thoroughly planned set of safety and security guidelines.
What about the Pequot Outpost?
Yes, Pequot Outpost (Mobil Gas/Convenience Store) is currently open Sunday–Thursday, 8:30AM–11:00PM and Friday + Saturday, 8:30AM–12:00AM. The Pequot Outpost will be selling convenience store items and gas; there will be no food or coffee to go at this point in time.
Are masks required to see a show?
For our theaters and entertainment venues, we are now requiring all guests, visitors and team members to wear masks. The safety of our guests and team members continues to remain our top priority, and we are looking forward to continuing to welcome guests to Foxwoods Resort Casino to enjoy our entertainment offerings safely and comfortably
How many team members have been brought back?
We recalled the appropriate number of team members to reopen Foxwoods safely and without jeopardizing customer service. We are working hard to bring back team members as efficiently and as safely as we can. It is a key priority.
How are you training team members?
All Team Members will receive training on infectious disease (COVID-19, in particular) safety and sanitation protocols to further ensure guest and Team Member safety. More comprehensive training will be provided for our teams with frequent guest contact including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Environmental Services, Hotel Operations, Gaming, Retail, Entertainment and Security.
