Foxwoods Resort Casino, the largest resort casino in North America, will host the inaugural Al Dente Restaurant Chef’s Table event with Chef de Cuisine David Brai on Sunday, March 23 at 6:00 p.m. Guests will enjoy an exclusive, one-of-a-kind six-course menu with specialized wine pairings for each course while Chef Brai prepares the menu before their eyes. 


The event will highlight Chef Brai’s culinary expertise as he creates Italian dishes that “captivate the senses.” Guests will begin their memorable experience at a 15-person communal table, interacting with one another while Chef Brai educates the group on preparation and wine pairing of signature dishes including Gamberoni Picante, Baccala, Ricotta Gnocchi, “Firefly Farms” Pork Chop, and a Citrus Terrine that are exclusive to the premier Chef’s Table. 


A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Brai oversees the creation of the Italian cuisine at Al Dente Restaurant, which prides itself on preparing the freshest ingredients simply, enabling the quality of the food to shine. Over the past 17 years, Chef Brai has been instrumental in the successful opening of numerous Connecticut restaurants, including Gusto’s in Milford, The Red Lion in Ridgefield and Acqua in Westport. 


The Al Dente at Foxwood’s Chef’s Table series will offer an original experience each month, creating an opportunity for food lovers and guests to partake in a special dining experience with a renowned chef at one of Connecticut’s premier restaurants. The next event will take place on Sunday, April 27.
