Foxwoods Resort Casino, the largest resort casino in North America, will host legendary rock group Alice in Chains on May 10 at 8:00 p.m., as part of their North American Tour. The band is touring in support of their Grammy-nominated album The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here, which entered Billboard’s Top 200 chart at No. 2 and debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Albums Chart with hits "Hollow" and "Stone”.


Tickets priced at $40, $50 and $60 are on sale now and may be purchased online at or by calling the Foxwoods’ Box Office at 800-200-2882 or Ticketmaster at 800-745-3000. Tickets are also available by visiting the box office.


Since rising to fame as part of the Seattle based grunge movement of the early nineties, Alice in Chains has gone on to cement their place in the pantheon of legendary rock bands. The band has released five studio albums to huge critical and popular acclaim, with their self- titled 1995 album Alice in Chains reaching No.1 on the US Charts. Their unique blend of grunge and metal sounds has seen them sell over 25 million albums worldwide, appealing to fans across the musical spectrum.  Some of their hits include “Man in the Box,” “Would?,” “I Stay Away,” “Rooster,” “Nutshell,” “Them Bones,” and “Check My Brain.”


Alice in Chains has amassed eight Grammy award nominations over the course of a remarkable career, which has seen two of their albums Facelift and Alice in Chains go double platinum and their album Dirt go quadruple platinum.
