Foxwoods was built for your enjoyment. It doesn’t matter if you like high-energy gaming and entertainment or prefer spending your time in the shops, spas or on the golf course. Since there’s so much to do and so many places to do it at Foxwoods, you probably have a lot of questions. Below are answers to some of our most common inquiries. If you have questions that aren’t covered here, please let us know and we’ll make sure you get the answers you need.

How many hotels do you have?

We have four, the Grand Pequot Tower Hotel, the Great Cedar Hotel, the Fox Tower Hotel and the Two Trees Inn located just off property.

What type of rooms do you offer at each hotel?

We offer deluxe accommodations and suites at each hotel.

What are your hotel rates?

Hotel rates change due to availability, time of year, holidays and events. Please contact our Reservations department at 1-800-369-9663 for rates and availability.

What type of amenities do your rooms provide?

At the Grand Pequot Tower, Great Cedar Hotel and the Fox Tower - Complimentary Valet Parking, Business Center, 32" LCD HDTV flat-screen TV with video on demand, High Speed Internet, Available Luggage Storage, Room Service: Monday-Thursday: 6am-11pm and Friday 6am - Sunday 11pm. At Two Trees - 24-Hour Courtesy Shuttle, Specialty Restaurant & Lounge, Heated Indoor Pool, Fitness Room, Complimentary Coffee in Lobby from Midnight-8am , Wireless Internet Access in rooms and Main Lobby, Luggage Storage.
Rollaway beds and cribs can be purchased for an additional fee.

Can I make a room reservation online?

Yes you can. Choose this option from the Hotels icon on the website at www.foxwoods.com/reserveyourroom.aspx.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 4pm Monday through Saturday and 5pm on Sunday and holidays. Check out is 11am, 7 days a week.

Does Foxwoods guarantee room types?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room type, only a reserved room. We will do our best to honor your request.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations and other date changes must be made 48 hours in advance to the 4pm check-in. Failure to do so will result in a charge of one night’s room and tax. To cancel your reservation, you can contact us at 1-800-FOXWOODS or visit us on-line. You will be given a cancellation confirmation number. Please keep this for your records.

Do you offer handicapped accessible rooms?

Yes, we offer handicapped accessible rooms in all four of our Hotel properties. Make sure you request this when making your reservation noting if you prefer a handicapped shower or tub.

Are children allowed to use the Hotel pools?

Children have unlimited access to the pool located at the Two Trees Inn. The Grand Pequot Tower Hotel and the Fox Tower pools are available to children until 6pm. The pools are available for adults only from 6pm until 9pm in these locations. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The Fox Tower pool is adult swim only on Sundays and has restricted access during Liquid Sundays from 12pm – 6pm.

Do you offer a Military discount for Hotel stays?

Yes, we offer an active Military discount. You will receive a 15% discount at check in when you present your military ID (subject to availability Sunday through Thursday). This discount cannot be combined with any other offers. To book your room reservation, please contact our Reservations department at 1-800-442-1000.

Do any of the cafes or lobbies in Foxwoods offer WiFi access for free or for a fee?

Free WiFi access can be found in the Grand Pequot Hotel Lobby, Panera Bread, Rainmaker Square, Gelato’s and Two Tree’s Hotel Lobby. High speed wireless internet is available in all four of our hotels.

What other hotels can you recommend close to Foxwoods?

Please visit www.mystic.org for the Mystic Country website or www.tourism.state.ct.us for Connecticut Tourism website. Both sites are excellent resources for area lodging and events.

Do you have accommodations for pets?

Our Two Tree’s Inn now offers pet friendly rooms.

Yes, we do have a Lost and Found department. You can reach them at 1-800-FOXWOODS, extension 32086.

Do you offer Hotel packages?

Do you have babysitting services in your hotel or is there a childcare center with supervision located at Foxwoods?

We do not offer babysitting or childcare services here at Foxwoods. We do have a wonderful entertainment facility called the Tree House Arcade for children to enjoy. Children less than 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the Tree House. The hours of operation are Sunday - Thursday 10:30am - 10pm and Friday - Saturday 10:30am - 12:30am.
