For a delightful quick-service option, visit Pequot Bay and join in on Lobster Madness with a side of convenience! Pequot Bay will offer Lobster Bisque and Lobster Salad with Chilled Lobster, Iceberg and Romaine Lettuce, Red Onions, Red Peppers, Cucumbers, Carrots and Tomatoes in a Lemon Basil Dressing. Guests may also choose from a Lobster Salad Roll or a Hot Lobster Roll both served with Kettle Chips. 

PEQUOT CAFE While enjoying the history and sights of the Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center, be sure to stop for delicious lobster meals.  Enjoy Lobster and Shrimp Kabobs that include flame-grilled Brown Butter Lobster and Shrimp with Sweet Onion and Red Pepper, finished with a Lemon-Lime, Cilantro and Crushed Red Pepper infused Butter.  Or try the Crispy Lobster Cakes featuring handpicked Lobster Meat and light Bread Crumbs that create moist, golden cakes that are served with Grilled Corn on the Cob and Nicole’s Creamy Slaw.

VERANDA CAFE Lobster Madness continues at Veranda Café where the Mystic Lobster Frittata, an Open-Faced Omelet with Lobster, Parmesan and Dill Havarti Cheese and Chives, will be crafted.  Choose between a Lobster Cobb Salad with Stonington Lobster, a Lobster Grilled Cheese with Tender Maine Lobster and Dill Havarti Cheese on Brioche, or Veranda’s Signature Surf-N-Turf Burger with Angus Beef Patty, Sautéed Stonington Lobster, Dill Havarti Cheese and Arugula. The options continue with a Steak and Lobster entrée with NY Strip Steak, Succulent Sautéed Lobster Meat, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, a Creamy Mac and Cheese dish loaded with Stonington Lobster, and finally a 1 ½ Pound Maine Lobster with Boiled Potatoes.
VUE 24 Foxwoods’ premier dining destination is preparing top of the line dishes that lobster lovers are sure to rave over.  Begin with Lobster Bisque with Stonington Lobster and Chives, joined by the Butter Poached Stonington Lobster entrée, served with Cipollini Onions, Assorted Peas and Lemon Butter Sauce.  For those feasting on Sky Brunch Sundays, the VUE 24 Omelet will be served with Butter Basted Stonington Lobster, Hackleback Caviar, Crème Fraîche and Skillet Potatoes.
