Fall into a Month-Long String of Rock, Comedy, Music Legends and More!


MASHANTUCKET, CT (August 25, 2016) – Foxwoods® Resort Casino, the Northeast’s premier entertainment destination, is rolling into autumn with a jam-packed entertainment lineup of world-class talent.Live shows including musical acts, comedy stars and psychic mediums are set to excite audiences at the unparalleled Grand and Fox Theaters, and the property sends summer off in style with the All White Party on Labor Day weekend for the final Liquid Sundays of the season at the Fox Tower pool.

Broadway Boxing

WHEN: September 1, 7:15 p.m.

WHERE: Fox Theater

Presented by DiBella Entertainment, Lightweight prospects Amos “2 Smooth” Cowart (11-1-1, 9 KOs) and “Nice” Nick DeLomba (10-1, 2 KOs) will square off in the main event. Also scheduled on the card in separate eight-round bouts: Belgium super featherweight Dardan Zenunaj (12-1, 9 KOs), a former World Boxing Association (WBA) International champion, and undefeated Cuban amateur standout Luis “The Lion” Garcia (14-0, 11 Kos). Tickets are $45, $75 and $125.


Lion Fight 31

WHEN: September 2, 8:00 p.m.

WHERE: Fox Theater

Lion Fight Promotions presents two title fights, with reigning women’s welterweight champion Jorina Baars defending her title against Angela “Riptide” Whitley, and rising stars Gaston “The Dreamkiller” Bolanos and Tum “Hollywood” Sityodtong battling for the vacant super lightweight crown. Europe’s Iman “Pretty Killer” Barlow will also make her much-anticipated Lion Fight debut. Tickets are $55 and $95.


ZZ Top

WHEN: September 2, 8:00 p.m.

WHERE: Grand Theater

Join the longest-running major rock band and Rock and Roll Hall of Famers ZZ Top as they take over the Grand Theater for a night of unforgettable music. The bearded rock icons will delight the Foxwoods crowd with their infectious catalogue of smash hits including “Tush,” “Sharp Dressed Man,” “Legs” and more. Tickets are $35 and $50.


Gabriel Iglesias

WHEN: September 3, 8:00 p.m. & September 4, 8:00 p.m.

WHERE: Grand Theater

Gabriel Iglesias, one of America’s most successful stand-up comedians, is headed to Foxwoods for two nights on his Fluffy Breaks Even! Tour. His high-octane show is a sure-fire hit: a mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring all his personal experiences to life. Tickets are $40, $52.50 and $64.50.


The B-52s

WHEN: September 4, 7:00 p.m.

WHERE: Fox Theater

The B-52s, known as The World’s Greatest Party Band, will be performing their chart-topping hits such as “Love Shack” and “Roam” at the Fox Theater. Their unforgettable pop-rock tunes start a party every time their music begins, encouraging audience members to dance the night away in their seats. Tickets are $55.


Jim Jeffries

WHEN: September 9, 8:00 p.m.

Jim Jefferies has firmly established himself as one of the most popular and respected comedians of his generation. His controversial and belief-challenging standup style has entertained audiences across the globe, as most recently seen in his stand-up special Freedumb, which premiered on Netflix last month. Ranked by Comedy Central as one of the “100 Greatest Standups of all Time,” actor and comedian Sinbad has had audiences laughing for over three decades. His storytelling style of comedy is profound without being profane as seen in his work on Disney's Planes, FX standout It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice. JB Smoove

WHEN: September 16, 8:00 p.m.

WHERE: Fox Theater

JB Smoove, a gifted writer, comedian and actor, continues to entertain audiences around the world with his unique brand of comedic funk.  His breakout role on Curb Your Enthusiasm as Leon has established him as one of the best comedic actors on TV, and a can’t-miss event for Foxwoods guests.  Tickets are $32.


Revolution Rock Festival

Jeffrey Osborne

WHEN: September 17, 8:00 p.m.

WHERE: Fox Theater

After beginninghis professional singing career with a popular funk and soul group, Love Men Ltd., Jeffrey Osborne pursued a solo career producing Top 40 hits such as "Don't You Get So Mad," "Stay With Me Tonight," and a duet with Dionne Warwick, "Love Power." Osborne will enthrall the audience with a medley of classics favorites at the Fox Theater. Tickets are $37.50.

CES MMA, the East Coast’s premier mixed-martial arts organization, makes its return to Foxwoods with a trio of exciting bouts. The card includes Levan Makashvili (11-2-1) taking on Sean Soriano (9-4), a flyweight fight between Carolos Candelario (4-0) Brandon Warne (1-1), and Calvin Kattar (15-2) against Chris Foster (9-4) in a featherweight battle. Tickets are $40, $60, $100 and $150.


Tom Jones Live

WHEN: September 24, 8:00 p.m.

WHERE: Grand Theater

A music icon with a legendary 50-plus year career, Tom Jones is set to rock the Grand Theater performing classic, sing-a-along hits including “Once Upon a Time,” “With These Hands,” “What’s New Pussycat?” and “Delilah” as well as songs from his latest album, Praise & Blame. Tickets are $90 and $145.


Psychic Medium Matt Fraser

WHEN: September 25, 3:00 p.m.

WHERE: Grand Pequot Ballroom

Internationally renowned psychic and medium Matthew Fraser continues his mission to connect those who have passed with the loved ones they left behind in the uplifting live experience "Medium with a Message." Gary Gulman

A finalist on the NBC reality-talent show Last Comic Standing, Gulman has secured spots on nearly every late night comedy program including Jimmy Kimmel Live!,Conan and The Late Show with David Letterman. Mary J. Blige

WHEN: September 30, 8:00 p.m.

WHERE: Grand Theater

Prolific R&B superstar Mary J. Blige returns to Foxwoods to close out the month, playing the first show in a two-night stint at the Grand Theater. The nine-time Grammy Award winner and Queen of Hip Hop Soul brings her smash collection of smooth and dance-worthy hits including “Family Affair,” “Real Love” and “Be Without You.” Tickets are $75, $115 and $150.
