Gift Card Policies

• Redeemable for hotel rooms, meals, shopping, bingo admissions, entertainment, or salon and spa services.
• Gift cards can only be redeemed in person at accepted locations. They cannot be used to make online purchases/reservations.
• Not redeemable for cash, gaming, or hotel incidental deposit.
• Foxwoods Rewards Points cannot be used to purchase Foxwoods Gift Cards.
• Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar amount from $25 to $500. For amounts over $500, please email us at information@foxwoods.com for further assistance. We will respond to your request within 5 business days.
• Gift cards are not accepted at the following locations:
  • Great Wolf Lodge
  • Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods (all outlets and restaurants)
  • High Flyer Zip Line
  • Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center
  • Foxwoods Rewards Store
  • Carina Apparel & Accessories
  • Lick Candy Store
• If you need to purchase gift cards in varied denominations, you will need to process separate orders for each different denomination.
• Gift cards can be purchased in person at Foxwoods Resort Casino at the following locations:
  • Essentials, located in the Grand Pequot Hotel Lobby, open 24 hours
  • Grand Effects, located in the Fox Tower Hotel Lobby. Please check the “Shopping” tab for current operating hours.
  • Outpost, located on the Casino Concourse next to Great Cedar Casino. Please check the “Shopping” tab for current operating hours.
• All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
