Share the Foxwoods experience with someone special by giving gift cards. They're redeemable for all of our amenities including: Hotel Rooms, Dining, Shopping, Bingo Admissions, Entertainment, Salon and Spa.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or gaming and cannot be purchased using Rewards Points.

Gift Card Policies
- Redeemable for hotel rooms, meals, shopping, bingo admissions, entertainment, or salon and spa services.
- Gift cards can only be redeemed in person at accepted locations. They cannot be used to make online purchases/reservations.
- Not redeemable for cash, gaming, or hotel incidental deposit.
- Foxwoods Rewards Points cannot be used to purchase Foxwoods Gift Cards.
- Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar amount from $25 to $500. For amounts over $500, please email us at FWTicket@foxwoods.com for further assistance. We will respond to your request within 72 hours.
- Gift cards are not accepted at the following locations:
- Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods (all outlets and restaurants)
- High Flyer Zip Line
- Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center
- Foxwoods Rewards Store
- Carina Apparel & Accessories
- Lick Candy Store
- Gift Card orders will be processed within 5 business days. Once processed, all gift cards are shipped via the US Postal Service (without tracking information).
- USPS Shipping is an additional $2 fee added to your gift card order. We do not offer any other expedited and/or tracked shipping at this time.
- We cannot guarantee specific shipping times once the gift cards have been sent out to the US Post Office for delivery. However, gift cards are generally delivered with 10-14 business days after Foxwoods enables your order. During peak request times such as holidays, delivery times could be severely delayed.
- We do not offer electronic gift cards at this time.
- If you need to purchase gift cards in varied denominations, you will need to process separate orders for each different denomination. Each order will be charged the $2 shipping fee.
- Gift cards can be purchased in person at Foxwoods Resort Casino at the following locations:
- Essentials, located in the Grand Pequot Hotel Lobby, open 24 hours
- Grand Effects, located in the Fox Tower Hotel Lobby. Please check the “Shopping” tab for current operating hours.
- Outpost, located on the Casino Concourse next to Great Cedar Casino. Please check the “Shopping” tab for current operating hours.
- Great Cedar Showroom and/or Premier Theater Box Office, open on event days only (check our Foxwoods Entertainment listings on https://www.foxwoods.com/entertainment/ for upcoming events).
- All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
