Rewards Points are non-transferrable and cannot be sold/traded for cash or cash equivalent to other guests. Any violations of this policy could result in a freeze on your Foxwoods Rewards card account up to and including revoking the ability to earn Rewards Points through casino play and eviction from Foxwoods.

ENTERTAINMENT COMPLIMENTARY TICKET DISCLAIMER

Foxwoods Rewards Points will be deducted from your account PER TICKET for all no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. By acceptance of these show tickets, you agree that Foxwoods may share your name, email address, and rewards card number  with the Foxwoods Ticketmaster platform. If you require ADA seating, please email FWTicket@foxwoods.com.

Select shows may require Yondr bags – the phone-free experience.

The use of phones will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.
All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact, and wear required personal protective equipment.

GIFT/PRIZE EVENT DISCLAIMER
Foxwoods Rewards Points will be deducted from your account PER PERSON for all no-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance. Must be an invited guest in order to claim the gift. Limited supply. Substitutions may be offered. Only one offer per Foxwoods Rewards card holder. Gas cards are only valid at the Pequot Outpost Mobil Station and Convenience Store. Gas purchases must be paid for with the gas card at the pump.
