Grand Pequot Tower and Great Cedar Hotel Room Service: 7 Days, 6am-10pm.
The Fox Tower Room Service: Thursday, Noon-10pm. Friday-Sunday, 6am-10pm. Monday,6m-11am.
Rollaway beds and cribs can be purchased for an additional fee.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 4pm Monday through Saturday and 5pm on Sunday and holidays. Check out is 11am, 7 days a week.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific room type, only a reserved room. We will do our best to honor your request.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations, modifications and other date changes must be made 48 hours in advance to the 4 pm check-in. Failure to do so will result in a charge of either one night’s room and tax for non-complimentary rooms, or $50 for complimentary rooms. To cancel your reservation, you may do so at www.foxwoods.com or by calling 1-800-369-9663. Room Type and Smoking Type Preferences are not guaranteed until check-in. Upon cancellation, you will receive a cancellation number. Please retain this number for your records as no refunds are issued without a valid cancellation number.
Please be advised that the Cancellation Policy as listed above may not apply if guestroom reservation is part of a Group Block. Special Group room rates are based on contractual agreements and can be subject to different cancellation terms. Please refer to your event registration website if there are any questions regarding your cancellation policy.
Are your hotels smoke-free?

For your comfort and convenience, The Fox Tower and Two Trees Inn are 100% smoke-free. Non-smoking rooms are also available in Great Cedar Hotel and the Grand Pequot Tower.
Do you offer handicapped accessible rooms?

Yes, we offer handicapped accessible rooms in all four of our Hotel properties. Make sure you request this when making your reservation noting if you prefer a handicapped shower or tub.

The Great Cedar Hotel pool is currently closed.
The Grand Pequot Tower Pool and Fitness Center are now open daily to Grand Pequot Tower hotel guests!
Family Swim • 8AM–1PM
Adult Swim • 2PM–6PM
The Fox Tower indoor pool on the Spa Level is open for guests 21+ who book G Spa treatments.
The Fox Tower outdoor pool is closed for the season.
Do you offer a Military discount for Hotel stays?

Yes, we offer an active Military discount. You will receive a 10% discount at check in when you present your military ID, 7 days a week, subject to availability. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers. To book your room reservation, please contact our Reservations department at 1-800-442-1000.
Do any of the cafes or lobbies in Foxwoods offer WiFi access for free or for a fee?

Free WiFi access can be found in the Grand Pequot Hotel Lobby, Panera Bread, Rainmaker Square, Gelato’s and Two Tree’s Hotel Lobby. High speed wireless internet is available in all four of our hotels.

Yes, we do have a Lost and Found department. You can reach them at 1-860-312-4501, 9am - 4pm.
Please note: It is the guest's responsibility to contact Lost and Found if items are left in hotel rooms.

Do you have babysitting services in your hotel or is there a childcare center with supervision located at Foxwoods?

We do not offer babysitting or childcare services here at Foxwoods. We do have a wonderful entertainment facility called the Tree House Arcade for children to enjoy. Children less than 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the Tree House. The hours of operation are Sunday - Thursday 10:30am - 10pm and Friday - Saturday 10:30am - 12:30am.
Why won’t I get my offers in the mail anymore?

There is no need for you to wait for the mail to reserve your room anymore. We have built a system that will take your play into consideration automatically so when you log into your personal portal to book you will see your lowest available rates for any days you choose based on your play.
Will I ever get hotel offers not based on my play?

Yes, periodically we will do promotions like our Friends and Family or Cyber Monday that will be sent to you via email. These promotions may not be combined with the offer you see in your portal.
I have a special occasion in a few months should I wait to book?

As a valued guest, you are welcome to book any date that we have published availability. Hotel Rates are based on availability and occupancy. We recommend you book sooner rather than later to obtain the best rate.
I used to be able to book 5+ rooms at a time, why can’t I do that anymore?

With our new system we are only able to have up to 5 active reservations (Max of 3 for the same date) under one guest’s Rewards card. Any additional reservations will be booked at the prevailing Leisure rate. As soon as you have stayed your first reservation, you are able to book another Rewards Card reservation.
I used to get complimentary rooms/upgrades, why don’t I see them anymore?

How many nights can I stay using my Rewards Card?

Rewards card members can stay for a max of 5 consecutive nights per trip. If additional nights are needed, then a separate reservation must be booked.
How many rooms can I book using my reward card for the same trip?
