For your comfort and convenience, The Fox Tower and Two Trees Inn are 100% smoke-free. Non-smoking rooms are also available in Great Cedar Hotel and the Grand Pequot Tower.

Yes, we do have a Lost and Found department. You can reach them at 1-860-312-4501, 9am - Midnight.

There is no need for you to wait for the mail to reserve your room anymore. We have built a system that will take your play into consideration automatically so when you log into your personal portal to book you will see your lowest available rates for any days you choose based on your play.
Yes, periodically we will do promotions like our Friends and Family or Cyber Monday that will be sent to you via email. These promotions may not be combined with the offer you see in your portal.
As a valued guest, you are welcome to book any date that we have published availability. Hotel Rates are based on availability and occupancy. We recommend you book sooner rather than later to obtain the best rate.
With our new system we are only able to have up to 5 active reservations (Max of 3 for the same date) under one guest’s Rewards card. Any additional reservations will be booked at the prevailing Leisure rate. As soon as you have stayed your first reservation, you are able to book another Rewards Card reservation.
As with all offers, complimentary rooms or upgrades are based on hotel availability and your play.
Rewards card members can stay for a max of 5 consecutive nights per trip. If additional nights are needed, then a separate reservation must be booked.
A max of 3 rooms can be booked under one Rewards card for any date. If additional rooms are needed, then they would be priced at the Leisure rate.
