Since there’s so much to do and so many places to do it at Foxwoods, you probably have a lot of questions. Below are answers to some of our most common inquiries.

What is Foxwoods Resort Casino?

Foxwoods Resort Casino is the premier resort destination in the Northeast.

What is the legal gambling age in your casino?

The legal age to play Table Games, Slots, Race Book and Keno is 21. * On the date you turn 21 you will not be able to enter the casino floor until 6am. The legal age to play Bingo is 18.

I would like to rent a wheelchair / scooter, how can I do this?

At each of our coat check areas, we have regular wheelchairs available for use by our guests while at Foxwoods at no charge. They are based on availability, first come first served, no reservations accepted. You are asked to provide identification and a valid credit card when you checkout a wheelchair. There are slot machines and tables specifically designed for wheelchair seating, or the wheelchair can be folded. You should not leave it out of your sight or where someone might take it, as it is your responsibility to return it at the end of the day.
If you would like to rent a motorized wheelchair or scooter, please contact Scooter A Long at (860) 373-1482. They will reserve their equipment for you, and have it available at the Grand Pequot Tower coat check area when you arrive. It is recommended that you call at least 72 hours in advance to reserve a scooter.

What is your policy on RV parking?

We offer RV parking - no hookups - located in Parking Lot B on the east end of our parking lot. You can easily access this lot by turning onto Route 214 from Route 2. At the stop sign, take a right onto our property and then the first right into the self parking lots. Please park as close to each other as possible, as space in this lot is limited and must be shared with other guests driving automobiles. All RV/campers arriving on property must call our Security Department at (860) 312–3333 to register with Foxwoods. A Foxwoods representative will then meet you at your vehicle to get the registration information needed and will provide you a list of our RV/camper policies while on property. There is no tractor trailer parking provided.

Do you offer a Military discount for Hotel stays?

Yes, we offer an active Military discount. You will receive a 15% discount at check in when you present your military ID (subject to availability Sunday through Thursday). This discount cannot be combined with any other offers. To book your room reservation, please contact our Reservations department at 1-800-442-1000.

Do any of the cafes or lobbies in Foxwoods offer WiFi access for free or for a fee?

Free WiFi access can be found in the Grand Pequot Hotel Lobby, Food Court, Panera Bread and Rainmaker Square or Gelato’s. All hotel rooms have wireless internet access. Please contact the Business Center for questions and details at 1-800-FOXWOODS, extension 27420.

What other hotels can you recommend close to Foxwoods?

Please visit www.mystic.org for the Mystic Country website or www.tourism.state.ct.us for Connecticut Tourism website. Both sites are excellent resources for area lodging and events.

Do you have accommodations for pets?

Yes, We do offer Pet Friendly rooms at the Two Trees Inn*. Rules and restrictions apply. Pet Friendly Rooms must be booked over the phone by calling the reservations department at 1-800-369-9663.
*Special accommodations are made at all of our hotels for service animals.

I left something behind in our Hotel room. Do you have a Lost and Found?

Yes, we do have a Lost and Found department. You can reach them at 1-800-FOXWOODS, extension 32086.

Why don't I receive Promotional offers in the mail anymore?

All of our Promotional offers are based on an individual's gaming activity/history. If you have questions about your Rewards Card account and our current promotional programs, please contact a Casino Host at 1-800-369-9663.

Do you offer Hotel packages?

Yes, we do offer some packaging. Please contact our Reservations department at 1-800-442-1000 or visiting www.foxwoods.com/hotelpackages.aspx for more details.

Do you have babysitting services in your hotel or is there a childcare center with supervision located at Foxwoods?

We do not offer babysitting or childcare services here at Foxwoods. We do have a wonderful entertainment facility called the Tree House Arcade for children to enjoy. (http://www.foxwoods.com/arcade.aspx) Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the Tree House. The hours of operation are Sunday - Thursday 10:30am - 10pm and Friday - Saturday 10:30am - 12:30am.

Does Foxwoods provide a charging station for Electric Cars?

There are charging stations in the Grand Pequot Garage on the first level of self-parking and at the Outpost Gas Station.
